At the inception of Amwill, Mr. Anand Gandhi, a postgraduate in pharmaceutics, led the marketing and product development initiatives. Mr. Tarun Gandhi, with a background in commerce and experience in the pharmaceutical and dermatology sectors, co-founded Amwill by combining his expertise in marketing, finance, and industry insights. He led the manufacturing, strategic finance, and logistics functions, building a trusted family team to bring the business vision to life.
Mr. Man Singh Gilundia is a Chartered Accountant and Partner at MGIRT & Co. with extensive experience in financial management, auditing, taxation, business consulting, and corporate law. He has been advising clients on financial systems, tax planning, and compliance since 2008, while also offering insights into financial reporting and corporate governance. Man Singh holds a B.Sc., FCA, and DISA qualifications from reputable institutions.
Mr. Vasanth Kumar, a Fellow Member of the ICSI and founder of VP & Associates, is an experienced Company Secretary with expertise in corporate compliance and regulatory matters. He has served as Chairman of the ICSI Bengaluru Chapter and has held leadership roles in both professional and community organizations, including as an Independent Director on the boards of OTCO International Limited and IZMO Limited.
Ms. Sapna Parmar, an Associate Member of ICSI and a commerce graduate, brings extensive expertise in the Companies Act and regulatory compliance. Having played a key role as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer during Amwill's IPO, she is now poised to make significant contributions as a Non-Executive Director.
As per Section 177 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder, pertaining to the constitution of the audit committee, the Company has constituted Audit Committee.
